DIFFERENTIATED ENERGY SUPPLIES
The ECLEO® and NUTRIFASI GOLD® software allow you to assign different energy
supplies on the various days according to the diverse physical activity carried
out.
The advanced calculation system and the complete, up-to-date data bank enable you
to accurately establish the energy consumption required for each sports and working
activity.
Appropriate energy supplies are proposed according to the time employed and the
patient’s age, sex and weight.
FAST DIET
A series of innovative functions enable you to process a diet that suits the patient’s
life style and that requires little time for procuring, measuring and preparing
the food items involved.
Below are some examples:
- FAST DIET function: exclusive to the ECLEO® software, envisages the exclusion
of all the food items requiring longer preparation times from the printout;
- VISUAL WEIGHT function: enables you to assign many food items in measurement
units alternative to those of the international system (portions, tablespoons,
glasses, numbers…).
- FAST MENU: the food archive includes several categories of food items (snacks, salads…)
which as well as being enjoyable need a minimum preparation time.
ASSIGNING MEALS
As well as breakfast, lunch and dinner the ECLEO® and NUTRIFASI GOLD® software
allow you to assign other minor meals (mid-morning snack, afternoon snack, evening
snack). In the case where the patient’s needs require, you can also assign
a brunch.
The food items in the space of a day option, moreover, allows you to assign food
items that the patient will be able to decide the moment of the day when he/she
can eat them.
This solution is important both from a practical as well as educational point of
view.
The eating plan’s versatility provides the nutritionist with the opportunity
of designing a diet based on his own experience and according to the patient’s
physiopathologic situation and life style.
CLASSIC THERAPY AND DIET TREATMENTS
The pathology archive of the ECLEO® and NUTRIFASI GOLD® software includes
all the physio-pathologic conditions that benefit from food therapy.
The nutritionist can choose one of two options:
- the activating of the pathologies according to the classic method (Ischemic heart
disease, Arterial hypertension, Diverticulosis of the colon,…);
- the activating of one or more treatments which allow you to treat the pathology,
customizing it according to your own experience (Diet with a high iron content,
Diet with a reduced sodium content, Diet with a low glycemic index…).
FOOD ALLERGIES
The research carried out by PROGEO®, whose results are utilized in the ECLEO®
and NUTRIFASI GOLD® software, provides the most complete method for the treatment
of food allergies. As with the other pathologic states, one can choose from the
traditional method, by means of selecting one or more types of allergies (allergy
to the protein in cow’s milk, allergy to the protein in egg, allergy
to wheat…) or choosing the individual food items (strawberry, apple, peach….).
In the first case, the allergies are divided into three groups which make up a complete
